
Human Resource Executive
Human Resource Management:
Manage the full HR spectrum, including daily operational matters.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Assist with job postings, resume screening, interviews, onboarding, and new joiner orientation.
Payroll Processing:
Manage payroll systems (e.g., HR2000, Info Tech) to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
Handle statutory payments for EPF, PCB, SOCSO, EIS, and HRDF on time.
Training & Development:
Coordinate and assist in implementing training programs for employee development.
Leave & Attendance Management:
Update and track employee attendance, leave records, and overtime payments.
HR Policies & Procedures:
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal requirements and align with best practices and organizational goals.
Employee Welfare Programs:
Administer employee benefits, including leave entitlements, medical benefits, Group PA, and performance appraisals.
Performance Management:
Assist in performance appraisals and setting KPI targets for employees.
HR Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare HR-related reports and correspondence for management.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support, including filing, preparation of quotation, invoicing, data entry, follow up on receivables and office management.
Ad Hoc Tasks:
Handle additional duties as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., HR2000, Info Tech).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
The HR and Admin Clerk will support various aspects of HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple tasks related to recruitment, payroll, training, employee welfare, and general administrative duties.
