Reporting to Mosca Asia Group – Director Sales & Business Development - Geographic responsibility All sales and customer issues within the markets of Malaysia, as allocated by the company. - Product responsibility Mosca products and other related packaging equipment or materials from other manufacturers. - Based on market intelligence, assist in development and subsequently in the updating of marketing strategies for the products. Focus on the task of ensuring that, we at all times offer competitive price / performance ratios of the market segments addressed. Specific Duties & Responsibilities: - Visit target customers in designated geographic area at agreed frequencies. - Based on agreed marketing strategies to more aggressively promote and sell designated products to the target customers. - As directed, to assist in the implementation of the agreed marketing plan. - Build good personal contacts with all representatives of customers and thereby to support and promote the positive image of MOSCA equipment in the market. - Ensure most efficient use of our business system to allow more effective market coverage, includes task of direct in-putting of market / customer data into our business system. - To report daily sales appointments using Outlook Calendar movement chart. - To furnish a bi-weekly report on sales activities and market information related to our industry and report once a month to head office, Singapore, Mosca Asia. Targets: - Sales budget – to achieve sales volume and gross profit figures for each financial year as set-out by the company. - To develop a firm understanding of MOSCA products within the strapping and its related industry. - Be part of the overall effort to develop a strong and favorable image of MOSCA among our customers in the marketplace. - Penetrate existing sales markets as well as develop new Mosca sales markets. Developing Sales Strategies: - Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities. - Evaluating and refining sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Team Leadership: - Building and leading a high-performing sales and business development team. - Setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. - Conducting regular performance reviews and implementing training programs for team members. Client Relationship Management: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners. - Understanding client needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products or services. - Resolving client issues and concerns promptly. Business Expansion: - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments. - Formulating and executing plans for business expansion and market penetration. - Establishing partnerships and collaborations to enhance the company's market presence.
