  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead a luxury retail store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury fashion or accessories, outstanding leadership skills, and a deep understanding of high-end clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless and luxurious shopping experience.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized clienteling.
  • Manage store inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising in line with brand standards.
  • Analyze sales reports and KPIs to develop and implement strategies for business growth.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and luxury retail standards.
  • Handle client concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams on marketing initiatives, events, and new product launches.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in luxury retail.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent sales, clienteling, and communication abilities.
  • Passion for luxury fashion, accessories, and craftsmanship.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and drive performance.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
