Human Resources Executive
-Responsible for timely processing of payroll by calculating pay, distribution checks and related reports for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, etc. and to ensure that all data entered the payroll system are accurate.
-Ensure statutory submission are completed timely and efficiently and liaise with statutory bodies.
-Involves in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, training, and development, compensation, and benefits, performance, Foreign Workers Management as well as lay-off and termination.
-Prepare employment related letters and maintain employee personal file and ensure all information are accurate, current, and complete.
-Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals and absenteeism rates.
-Process and follow appointments, reassignments, promotions, and other HR decisions which generate personnel administration actions in a timely and thorough way, being sensitive to human dimensions involved and tailoring actions accordingly.
-Recruitment ,Interview ,selection candidate and Onboarding
-Perform any ad-hoc assignments/duties as and when required by superior.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,645.74 - RM5,930.03 per month
