RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION
The Demi-Chef responsible for ensuring that standard are maintained for her/his section. It is a vital part of the position to keep food quality for both guests and staff to the best standard potentially possible. It is also vital to keep the staff moral high and so have a good working atmosphere, productivity and confidence level with rise with a highly motivated team.
Duties:
- Follow company SOP in the preparation and cooking food.
- Assist in implementation of new menu and promotions, food R&D and food costing.
- Produce a quality dishes following established recipes and SOP.
- Ensure all food are portion controlled according to SOP and are served or stored at the correct temperature.
- To assist in inventory and stock ordering.
- Restocks all items as needed throughout service.
- Adheres strictly to safety, cleanliness and sanitation regulations.
- To make sure all food deliver are sufficient and on time.
- Perform any other related as management may require from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possess at least Primary/Secondary School.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in kitchen operation.
- Positive work attitude, resourceful, dedicated and ability to forge good team spirit and able to work independently.
- Team player with pleasant personality, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Passion for food with a creative flair and is result oriented.
- Able to perform shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to read and write.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
