Job Summary To ensure the authentication of the information supplied to a potential employer by a job applicant. Responsibilities: · Receiving and acknowledging background screening requests via emails in timely manner. · Conducting background screening verification of prospective employee based on the scope of work provided for clients in the timely. · Persistently finds the appropriate source to verify information. · Review all information and documents provided; ensuring 100% accuracy before submitting the report for QC. · Submit the interim / final / updated report to the Team Lead within the timeline provided. · Conduct research tasks as assigned by Supervisors. · Guarantee daily, weekly and monthly goals are met. Qualifications: · Education: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field (*preferable Communication, Human Resources, Business Administration, English for Professional Communication)* · Proficiency in English & Bahasa. · Local (Malaysian) only. · Have experience in related field or Customer Service / Call Center, researching business information on the web and in working with sensitive data would be advantages. · Proficiency in general computer skills (MS Office, Microsoft outlook and web applications). · Possess excellent communication skills by demonstrate strong verbal & written communication skills when liaising with internal and external parties and communicate in professional manner. · Attentive to details and accuracy. · Able to work independently, effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines. · Team motivated and able to work well with other · Ability to multi-task and manage daily assignments
