  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role

We are looking for a Korean-Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team and provide outstanding support to our Korean-speaking clients. In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an excellent customer experience through multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in Korean and English.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,847.44 per month
