About the Role
We are looking for a Korean-Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team and provide outstanding support to our Korean-speaking clients. In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an excellent customer experience through multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in Korean and English.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues.
