- Manage and report project-related facilities, delivery costs, tools, and documentation.
- Ensure proper handling of IT products by both internal and external teams at all times.
- Verify that IT product quantities, content, and specifications match documentation.
- Supervise IT Helpdesk operations, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Implement and monitor SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and key performance metrics for helpdesk efficiency.
- Oversee ticketing systems (e.g., Caction, Bittrix24 and e.t.c) and streamline helpdesk workflows.
- Provide leadership and escalation support for critical IT issues affecting business operations and implement helpdesk policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain workplace safety and proper IT product handling during task execution.
- Ensure accurate task progress updates and reporting in the system.
- Manage contract agreements, UAT, invoices, and project-related documentation until the acceptance of the first invoice.
- Ensure all required documents for assigned tasks are complete and returned to the relevant personnel.
- Address and resolve issues arising from assigned tasks and customer feedback, updating the system accordingly.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
