Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the bowling center, including social media, email marketing, print ads, and local partnerships.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors to develop targeted promotional strategies.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.), creating engaging content that resonates with both new and returning customers.
- Plan and execute special events, promotions, and seasonal offers to increase foot traffic and bookings.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and seasonal trends.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on insights and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and media outlets to increase brand exposure and drive traffic to the center.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including flyers, posters, banners, and digital assets.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company website and online booking system.
- Handle customer feedback and inquiries related to marketing promotions and events.
- Organize and manage sponsorships, partnerships, and collaborations to expand brand reach.
