Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and prospects to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities by gathering relevant information from potential customers.
  • Update and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and document management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align tele-marketing efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate key features and benefits to potential customers.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Diploma/Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in sales, tele-marketing, or customer service is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM software is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
