Job Responsibilities:

  • Has great written and conversational in English.
  • Familiar and pro in writing minutes.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients via phone.
  • Order supplies, manage office equipment contracts, and cover the front desk when needed.
  • Monitor expenditures, process payment requests, and handle purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Manage utility bills, plan meetings, and maintain office equipment.
  • Offer administrative support to the management team and staff.
  • Take on ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduate is very much welcomed!
  • Relevant experience is a plus.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Computer literate and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work at Telok Panglima Garang.
