Job Responsibilities:
- Has great written and conversational in English.
- Familiar and pro in writing minutes.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients via phone.
- Order supplies, manage office equipment contracts, and cover the front desk when needed.
- Monitor expenditures, process payment requests, and handle purchase orders and requisitions.
- Manage utility bills, plan meetings, and maintain office equipment.
- Offer administrative support to the management team and staff.
- Take on ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- Fresh graduate is very much welcomed!
- Relevant experience is a plus.
- Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
- Computer literate and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work at Telok Panglima Garang.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
