  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements

  • Working hour: 9am-6pm, 6 days a week.
  • Required Skill: MS Excel (Basic)
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer literate
  • A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
  • Willing to work on public holidays/weekends
  • Able to work as a team member as well as an independent individual
  • Able to communicate with a colleague, a positive attitude, highly self-motivated, and willing to learn
  • Physically fit, non-smoker, and hygienic
  • Hardworking, dedicated, and disciplined
  • Prior experience in the related field is preferred but not required

Responsibility

  • Able to hosting Live Tik Tok / shopee (Commission Provided)

* Prepare sales reports and other related documents.

  • Serves walk-in customers by helping and meeting customer needs.
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
  • Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
  • Provide excellent customer service, cashiering, inventory/stock management, and other administrative functions including ad-hoc functions if required
  • Works toward achieving sales target and continuous sales growth
  • Ensure that the store is clean and tidy
  • To assume any other assignments from the management

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
