JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and customer requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp Business chat and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to support the sales team.
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, scheduling, and organizing sales materials

REQUIREMENTS

  • No prior experience required – we provide training!
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • This position is based in Bandar Utama, Damansara

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
