JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and customer requests accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp Business chat and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Prepare reports and presentations to support the sales team.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, scheduling, and organizing sales materials
REQUIREMENTS
- No prior experience required – we provide training!
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- This position is based in Bandar Utama, Damansara

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
