TASK:

  • Assist superior with basic office correspondence, documents and receipts record.
  • Handling office affairs
  • Responsible for handling / recording employee attendance.
  • Collect information and perform data entry
  • Updating and storing business files to ensure they are accurate and accessible for other employees.
  • Prepare reports, letter and other business documents
  • To perform other related activities /duties and responsibilities as requested by superior from time to time
  • Support daily office operational administrative activities and running smoothly

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Good in excel and documentation skill
  • Able to work OT

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
