Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and serving as the primary point of contact.
- Oversee and ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects according to objectives and client needs.
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and challenges within specific industries or market segments.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies for client accounts to drive engagement, retention and upsell opportunities.
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services based on their needs and preferences.
- Creating and executing targeted marketing campaigns consisting of both online and offline channels such as email, social media and events.
- Working closely with the business, sales, product and technical teams to align account-specific marketing efforts to achieve desired outcome.
- Analysing marketing performance data and obtaining client feedback to measure effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvements.
- Prepare proposals and be comfortable in presenting to clients.
- Manage all reporting about the health of individual customer accounts and clearly communicate progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirement:
- Previous account management experience with 3-5 years in advertising/digital agency
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
- Digitally savvy, articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role. Able to multi-task and have a positive mind set
- Strong attention to detail and willing to learn and improve. Good organisation and planning skills
- At least a diploma or higher education in Advertising or Mass/Digital Communication
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
- Willingness and ability to travel

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
