  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Responsible for reviewing tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure the BOQ is accurate and aligns with the project's scope and budget.
  • Responsible to develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Responsible to plan and execute manpower, materials, equipment and other resources required for project.
  • Responsible to develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that the project remains within financial constraints
  • Responsible for implementing project planning and ensuring that projects are executed in strict accordance with technical specifications, construction drawings, and approved methods of work.
  • Responsible for managing project risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and resolving construction challenges to maintain project progress without compromising quality or safety.
  • Responsible for overseeing daily operations on the construction site and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Responsible to attend site meetings.
  • Responsible to prepare site progressive reports & updates with clients and management.
  • Responsible to handle & manage any defect works to ensure client satisfaction and maintain craftmanship standard.
  • Responsible in performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
  • Responsible to liaise and coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, supplier and relevant authorities to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Responsible for leading and supervising the project team to ensure optimal performance and on-time project delivery.
  • Responsible to conduct regular team meetings to track progress, identify risks, and resolve issues.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management / Architecture or any other qualifications related to building or construction industries.
  • At least 3-year working experience in project management or site coordination for building projects.
  • Proficient in the use of project management software, such as Microsoft Project or AUTOCAD
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting and scheduling.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently.
  • Candidate who can start work immediately is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
