Job Responsibilities:
a) Keeping accurate record for all liaison and approval as monthly tracking
b) Ensure zero errors in record and trackers e-IPTS assisting on the data maintenance and to be updated accordingly
c) Facilitate and ensure MOHE related documentations are up to date
d) Facilitate and ensure the External Audits i.e. SIRIM EOMS, QMS, GLP etc. related documentations are up to date
e) Maintaining the records for programmes approval and expiry
f) To work closely with other members in preparing and submitting documentation such as application of new programmes, programme accreditation, programme renewal, programme amendment, programme review to the MOHE/MQA/professional bodies
g) To ensure all the requirements specified by MOHE/MQA/Professional Bodies etc. in the approval and accreditation letters have been complied
h) Coordinate with the department for the preparation of MOHE/MQA/ Professional Bodies audit visits
i) Contact with the faculty member to gather all the required information pertaining to the programmes.
j) Liaise with relevant authorities such MOHE/MQA/Professional Bodies
k) Other duties as assigned by your superior
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Education Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years in academic administration, compliance, or related areas. Experience with MOHE, MQA, or professional bodies is a plus.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with higher education regulations, accreditation processes, and audit requirements (e.g., MOHE, MQA, SIRIM).
- Skills: Strong record-keeping, documentation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, able to work independently and in teams, good communication skills, and able to meet deadlines.
