  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your Role

As a Merchandiser cum Event Promoter, you will play a vital role in driving sales, supporting events, and ensuring exceptional product visibility. Your primary focus will be to support healthcare and medical professionals, optimize merchandise displays, and enhance customer engagement within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel within central and outstation areas( occasionally) to support promotional events and merchandising efforts.
  • Promote and introduce exciting promotions to healthcare professionals (HCPs) to boost product visibility and drive in-store sales.
  • Build strong relationships with HCPs, addressing inquiries, providing excellent service, and sharing clear communication materials.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, identify and replace short-expired stock, and report on orders, market trends, and competitors’ activities.
  • Execute well-planned promotional activities, including covering mobile promoter stations at selected outlets on pre-determined schedules.
  • Ensure effective merchandising and display setups to maximize sales and brand presence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Perseverance, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and persuasive skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computing tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including outstation assignments.
  • Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
