Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Warehousing (put away) function for incoming raw materials according to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain records of material movement within the facility in accordance with Company procedures.
  • Organize and maintain good housekeeping in the Warehouse.
  • Ensure that safety is observed throughout the area.
  • Arrange goods in the right places, label and keep track properly.
  • Count stock regularly, update records, and report low stock. Help restock when needed.
  • Pack & label goods and assists drivers for on-time delivery.

Requirements:

  • Diploma /SPM or STPM level with 1-2 years working experience in related field.
  • Hardworking and have willing to learn attitude.
  • Attentive and have a good eye for details.
  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.
  • Data entry information is correct and complete
  • Dynamic in improving and monitoring materials stock levels
  • Good communication across departments

Job Type: Full-time
