- The Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and repairing scissor lifts, boom lifts, and forklifts. This role requires expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, along with a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
- To conduct routine inspections and maintenance on scissor lifts, boom lifts, and forklifts.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Perform repairs and replacements on engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
- Conduct load tests and functional checks post-repair.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the workshop.
- Provide on-site service for immediate maintenance needs.
- Oversee logistic and transportation arrangements, including goods receiving and delivery.
- Support in machinery transportation and assist in loading and unloading the machine.
- Attend service calls and address machine breakdowns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a tidy workshop, ensuring tools and equipment are organized and the area is clean and hazard-free.
Job Requirements:
- Min 1-year working experience in of experience in mechanical support of Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, or Forklifts.
- Proficient in understanding and troubleshooting mechanical systems of Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, and Forklifts.
- Able to Prioritize Multi-task, excellent communication & good interpersonal skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and in-depth knowledge of Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, and Forklifts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
