  • Fluently communicating and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work on rotational shifts.
  • Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a high-paced working environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Handle all inbound calls related to customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and concerns regarding the airline’s services, policies, and products.
  • Contact customers proactively if their flights have been rescheduled, providing updated details and alternative options if needed.
  • Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and rebookings while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, check-in procedures, and other travel-related inquiries.
  • Address and resolve customer grievances professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system, ensuring accuracy in all communications and transactions.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
