Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for FTL & LTL services.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Secure new customers and build strategic partnerships.
- Drive customer retention and ensure long-term contracts.
- Lead and coach the sales team to meet performance goals.
- Conduct training on industry trends and sales techniques.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in logistics or transportation.
- Strong knowledge of FTL/LTL services and cross-border trade.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to RM25,000.00 per month
