  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

REPORTS TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for overall management of factory.
  • Identify, implement and monitor short and long term strategic & production plans.
  • Plan, implement and monitor work flows, production systems and processes in a sizeable factory operation.
  • Monitor production plan, productivity, quality and ensure on time delivery for customer orders.
  • Monitor the systems and procedures for efficient and effective cost and quality control including customer’s quality handling.
  • Provide strategic leadership and overall operational direction and consistency to enhance productivity, quality and customer service.
  • Responsible for the factory administration process and manpower control.
  • Monitor and control expenditures and labour costs to operate within approved budget guidelines. Identify variances and potential corrective actions.
  • Responsible for the operation cost control, delivery and reliability of projects, customer satisfaction, governmental compliance, employee safety, and continuous improvement of costs and processes.
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in industrial management, technology/ engineering discipline, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar factory management role.
  • Understanding of production processes, quality control, Logistic management and Administration process.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1.00 per month
