  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain and grow Body & Paint (B&P) services.
  • Evaluate vehicle damage and provide accurate repair estimates for insurance and cash customers.
  • Keep customers updated on costs and repair progress, offering clear explanations.
  • Handle post-repair follow-ups and negotiations with insurance companies.
  • Ensure smooth vehicle handovers to Service Advisors, meeting all customer requests.
  • Follow company policies for warranty, cash, and credit card transactions.
  • Oversee daily B&P operations and ensure compliance with Toyota standards.
  • Drive marketing activities and expand the spotter network to meet B&P targets.
  • Use the 3-in-1 system to track work progress, orders, and service reminders.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM, SKM II, or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive).
  • Relevant automotive industry experience, especially in Motor Claims.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Valid Class D/B2 driving license.
  • Patient, empathetic, and organized with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Computer literate and eager to learn.
  • Willing to work at Telok Panglima Garang.

Working Hours:
Mon - Fri (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
Sat (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
