Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain and grow Body & Paint (B&P) services.
- Evaluate vehicle damage and provide accurate repair estimates for insurance and cash customers.
- Keep customers updated on costs and repair progress, offering clear explanations.
- Handle post-repair follow-ups and negotiations with insurance companies.
- Ensure smooth vehicle handovers to Service Advisors, meeting all customer requests.
- Follow company policies for warranty, cash, and credit card transactions.
- Oversee daily B&P operations and ensure compliance with Toyota standards.
- Drive marketing activities and expand the spotter network to meet B&P targets.
- Use the 3-in-1 system to track work progress, orders, and service reminders.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external suppliers.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, SKM II, or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive).
- Relevant automotive industry experience, especially in Motor Claims.
- Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Valid Class D/B2 driving license.
- Patient, empathetic, and organized with a problem-solving mindset.
- Computer literate and eager to learn.
- Willing to work at Telok Panglima Garang.
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
Sat (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
