  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We’re seeking a dynamic Social Media Executive to craft compelling content strategies and engage digital audiences across Hive’s communities. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement creative content strategies to drive engagement and generate leads across various digital communities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior content writers, helping them refine their writing skills and enhance their storytelling abilities.
  • Translate complex topics into clear, engaging content that aligns with community voices, including social media posts.
  • Utilize social media management tools to plan, schedule, and optimize content distribution for maximum reach and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing reports and insights to continuously improve social media effectiveness.
  • Manage customer interactions by responding promptly to inquiries, feedback, complaints, and requests, ensuring a positive online experience.
  • Collaborate on innovative ideas to enhance content impact, refine strategies, and boost engagement.
  • Plan and execute campaigns and events, including branding initiatives, online promotions, e-commerce marketing, and B2B partnerships.

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Advertising, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, Content Management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
  • Proficiency in content management and scheduling tools.
  • A proactive approach to staying ahead of social media trends and emerging industry developments.
