Job Description

Associate, Sales Support role is responsible for servicing the inbound que pertaining to SAP store listed products via:
  • Live chat
  • Incoming Tickets
In addition, the role is responsible for the demonstration of required products to SAP potential customers via conference calls.
  • Escalate clients' requests and complaints to appropriate channels.
  • Update clients about their requests and complaints status accordingly
  • Gather client's feedback, identify problem trends, and report to supervisor for discussion or service enhancement. "Resolve and accurately log customer's post-sale requests with the highest level of professionalism.
  • Services may include responding to general order status and delivery queries, expediting delivery, determining price eligibility, determining return eligibility, retaining customers, and if necessary, canceling order lines/orders, and providing general sales and policy information"
  • Escalating issues which are beyond the training level provided.
  • Provide full support to end user following protocols agreed between Webhelp and our client, focusing on quality and appropriate communication
  • Engage with internal & external parties to understand requirements for execution

Additional Job Description

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Service
  • Have an understanding about E-commerce.
  • Understand Software and Hardware
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Education level: Diploma and above
  • Minimum 2 years experience in IT or relevant experiences
  • Be familiar with the Computer and Laptop
  • Able to support EMEA hour: 1pm - 10 pm

Necessary Skills

  • Basic knowledge about Excel
  • Basic knowledge about any programming languages
  • Have sales representative experience.
  • Having technical customer support is an advantage.
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Be able to work in a multinational team and be a team player
  • Have a problem solving and critical thinking mind.
