The key role of the candidate should be as follows: Managing agent sales by developing a sales forecast (Daily, Month wise) and plan to achieve forecast in given time. Responsible for giving regular feedback on brand performance and competitor’s activity Reporting business trends and area of performance to the superior Working closely with the marketing team to produce any sales collateral required for the target market Conduct effective competitor and new product analysis to ensure strategic planning Source new business opportunities to appoint new agents Required to visit agent locations frequently and conduct sales briefing session with business partners Establish a good relationship with our Agents/Business partners to get the best possible result out of them
