PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage production staff to ensure effective and efficient workflow on the production floor. • Plan and assign tasks to ensure the timely completion of daily production goals. • Monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and adjust resources as necessary. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe work environment. • Troubleshoot production issues, identify process improvements, and implement corrective actions when necessary. • Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure product quality meets or exceeds industry standards. • Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, downtime, and waste. • Train, mentor, and motivate production employees, fostering a positive and productive team environment. • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to production staff to improve skills and efficiency. • Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies, working with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock. • Enforce company policies regarding cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of production equipment and machinery. • Prepare production reports and update management on progress, challenges, and achievements. Job Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar production management role. 3. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards. 4. Excellent leadership and team management skills. 5. Problem-solving ability and quick decision-making in a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). 7. Ability to operate production equipment and machinery as needed. 8. Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred. 9. Required Language : English
