- Follow up with the purchasing team on product arrivals, check tools, materials, and equipment, and track inventory at the site.
- Plan and oversee installation works to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Organize, schedule, and implement projects efficiently.
- Attend site visits or briefings held by customers and participate in morning briefings with management and technicians.
- Issue safety documents such as HIRAC and other required documentation, ensuring compliance with customer safety requirements.
- Coordinate workflow between the technician team and subcontractors.
- Submit daily project progress updates.
- Ensure materials issued by the store meet customer specifications and requirements.
- Issue inquiries for ad-hoc work and assist in quotations when necessary.
- Maintain deep industry and market knowledge.
- Participate in industry-related events to enhance leadership skills, organizational reputation, and potential success.
- Ensure all electrical maintenance on-site aligns with HLE procedures, customer requirements, and industry standards.
- Lead, plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical technicians and vendors, ensuring safe and efficient preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Perform preventive maintenance to avoid system failures and extend the lifespan of electrical equipment.
- Upgrade outdated systems and components for improved efficiency and safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical system issues using tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and standards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and professionals to complete projects and solve complex problems.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Comply with all company safety requirements.
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in construction or site supervision.
- Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English
