  • Attend site visits or briefings held by customers and participate in morning briefings with management and technicians.
  • Issue safety documents such as HIRAC and other required documentation, ensuring compliance with customer safety requirements.
  • Coordinate workflow between the technician team and subcontractors.

  • Ensure materials issued by the store meet customer specifications and requirements.
  • Issue inquiries for ad-hoc work and assist in quotations when necessary.
  • Maintain deep industry and market knowledge.
  • Participate in industry-related events to enhance leadership skills, organizational reputation, and potential success.
  • Ensure all electrical maintenance on-site aligns with HLE procedures, customer requirements, and industry standards.
  • Lead, plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical technicians and vendors, ensuring safe and efficient preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure proper functionality.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to avoid system failures and extend the lifespan of electrical equipment.
  • Upgrade outdated systems and components for improved efficiency and safety.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical system issues using tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and standards to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and professionals to complete projects and solve complex problems.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Comply with all company safety requirements.
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in construction or site supervision.
  • Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English
