The printing machines are high-end German models renowned for sharp and consistent graphics and text. Position: Customer Service Officer/ Sales Coordinator Location: Kawasan Perusahaan Cheras Jaya, Balakong RESPONSIBILITIES: Liaise with sales personnel on sales related matters. Assist in sales coordination activities, handle and interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products & services. RFQ Handling, prepare cost breakdowns and liaison with customers in an accurate and timely manner. Perform initial checking on customer supplied items. E.g., Artwork, sample, color tolerance and feedback to customer should there be any doubts. Coordinate inter-departmentally on sample preparations and monitor new sample color tolerance and lab tests preparation Update and review paper requirement vs customer monthly forecast. Coordinate with Production to meet all customer requirement and deadlines Responsible for providing production schedule and releasing to production sections. Ensure that relevant raw materials and manpower are available for production run, especially during OT or normal day & Off Day Ensure that all activities and important records are documented as per ISO 9001:2015 requirement. Perform other job-related duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Marketing Preferably minimum one (1) year working experience in similar fields OR Minimum three (3) years of working experience in related fields (if without qualification) Competent communicator. Well versed in spoken and written discourse of the English, Mandarin and BM. Computer literate and able to operate Microsoft and Excel programs. REMUNERATION PACKAGES: RM 3,500 - RM 4,500 **basic salary depends on industry experience. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Medical Coverage, Annual Leave etc. Probation is 3 months. Working Days: 5 days' work week; Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Friday)
