- Ability to handle customer complaints appropriately and maintain brand reputation.
- Familiar with brand promotion and marketing strategies, able to assist in promotional activities.
- Knowledge of inventory management to optimize product allocation and minimize overstock and losses.
- Adaptability to the retail industry’s fast-paced work environment, with the flexibility to work shifts or overtime.
