      Inventory & Merchandise Management

      • Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock of best-selling products.
      • Coordinate merchandise display to enhance store image and customer experience.
      • Handle slow-moving inventory through promotions or strategic adjustments to reduce stock accumulation.

        Customer Service & Marketing

        • Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
        • Handle customer complaints and maintain brand reputation.
        • Participate in marketing activities, plan promotional campaigns, and increase brand exposure.

          Financial & Cost Control

          • Monitor store operating costs to improve profitability.
          • Analyze sales data and develop appropriate pricing strategies.
          • Control losses and optimize purchasing and inventory management.

            Competition & Market Analysis

            • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
            • Collect customer feedback to improve products and services.

  • 3-5 years of sales management experience in the fashion retail industry; experience in managing chain stores is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management, with the ability to set sales plans and lead a team to achieve targets.
  • Strong team management skills, capable of motivating and developing the sales team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate across departments and enhance team efficiency.
  • Talent development ability to train employees and improve the professional skills of sales staff.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, focusing on customer needs and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints appropriately and maintain brand reputation.
  • Familiar with brand promotion and marketing strategies, able to assist in promotional activities.
  • Knowledge of inventory management to optimize product allocation and minimize overstock and losses.
  • Adaptability to the retail industry’s fast-paced work environment, with the flexibility to work shifts or overtime.
