  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding healthcare products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions and ensure follow-up as needed
  • Collaborate with other teams to address complex customer concerns
  • Assist in processing orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
  • Maintain knowledge of healthcare industry trends and company updates
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction
  • Minimum of SPM / Diploma / Degree
  • At least 6 months of working experience,
  • With a preference for candidates with at least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills in both English & Mandarin (Speaking, reading and writing)
  • Willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts (5 working days/week, 2 off days)
  • Having any Customer Service/healthcare experience would be an added advantage.
  • Shift Allowance - up to RM400
