  • Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely procurement of materials for ongoing projects.
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and quality materials.
  • Ensure all purchases comply with project specifications, budget constraints, and quality standards.
  • Track delivery schedules and supplier performance, addressing any issues related to late or defective supplies.
  • Work closely with project teams, site managers, and finance departments to align purchasing with project needs.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation for audits and cost control.
  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with construction materials, supplier networks, and market pricing.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and purchasing software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and good at managing costs and budgets.
