  • Process sales orders, including issuing Sales Order (SO), Delivery Order (DO), and Invoice
  • Support sales team with delivery coordination and documentation
  • Attend to customer inquiries and provide necessary assistance
  • Issue Purchase Requisition (PR) & Purchase Order (PO)
  • Prepare purchase reports and other related documents
  • Issue Credit/Debit Notes for the return of empty drums
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior
  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • At least 2 years of working experience (Fresh Graduates will also be considered)
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Able to converse well in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred, as most customers are Mandarin-speaking
