- Support sales team with delivery coordination and documentation
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide necessary assistance
- Issue Purchase Requisition (PR) & Purchase Order (PO)
- Prepare purchase reports and other related documents
- Issue Credit/Debit Notes for the return of empty drums
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- At least 2 years of working experience (Fresh Graduates will also be considered)
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Able to converse well in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred, as most customers are Mandarin-speaking
