- Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments
- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Must be able to converse fluently using Mandarin and English
- Must be able to read & write Traditional Mandarin word
- Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or; and above
- Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shift - 5 days working
- Preferred to have six months or more of customer service experience
