
HR Manager
• Formulate and implement the company's human resources strategy to ensure consistency with the company's business goals.
• Responsible for the formulation and implementation of recruitment plans, including attracting, screening and selecting excellent talents.
• Manage remuneration and welfare policies, including salary structure, EPF/SOCSO payment, performance bonus and other benefits.
• Responsible for employee training and development plan, and improve employee ability and performance level.
• Formulate and optimize the company's personnel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Malaysia's labor laws and regulations.
• Deal with employee relations issues, including complaints, disciplinary action and other personnel affairs.
• Establish and maintain a positive corporate culture to improve employee satisfaction and loyalty.
• Regularly provide human resources analysis reports to the management to support business decision-making.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in human resources management, business management or related fields; those with professional certifications (such as CHRM or SHRM) are preferred.
• At least [working years, such as 5 years] of human resources management experience, and experience in management positions is preferred.
• Familiar with Malaysian labor law and related regulations (such as EA 1955, EPF/SOCSO/EIS).
• Have excellent communication skills, organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in HR management system and office software (such as Microsoft Office).
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
