Key Responsibilities

1) Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings, sourcing, and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategic hiring plans.
  • Conduct pre-screening calls, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
  • Extend offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

2) Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Oversee and conduct onboarding programs, ensuring a seamless integration for new hires.
  • Manage the onboarding week schedule, including induction sessions and engagement activities.
  • Serve as the point of contact for new joiners, ensuring they are well-equipped with company knowledge and resources.

3) Employer Branding & Engagement

  • Plan and execute employer branding initiatives to position Hiredly
  • Involve in career fairs, networking events, and university engagements.
  • Work with the marketing team to create recruitment campaigns, social media content, and branding materials.
  • Maintain relationships with past and potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.

4) People & Culture Support

  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and employer branding efforts.
  • Support other HR administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects within the People & Culture team.
