  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Position : Quantity Surveyor

Location : Asia Jaya, PJ

Salary : RM 4,000 and above (Depending on work experience)

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform site visit and attend site meeting to monitor and evaluate work progress.
  • Prepares bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring and estimating material cost and labour cost price in the tendering process.
  • Coordinate with labour & sub-contractors on the contract requirements / site condition prior to commencement of work.
  • Ensure all filling and documentation comply to ISO procedures.
  • Perform cost control, risk, and value management.
  • Compiling, evaluating and updating of cost analysis and cost plan.
  • Be able to work closely and liaise with design team, architectural and operation team.
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good communication skills in English, Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates) and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office & Basic Knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Possess own transport.
  • Able to work on weekends & overtime according to the site schedule.
