    1. Make plan and sales strategies

    • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, company’s products and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
    • Develop negotiating strategies in line with company directions and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating clients' needs and goals.
    • Plan and prioritize sales activities and prospect contacts towards achieving sales target

    2.Selling

    • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
    • Support clients with product demonstrations and recommendations
    • Prepare bid documents to potential clients
    • Negotiate specific items of product and service offerings
    • Collaborate with relevant teams to finalize terms and conditions related to contracts and agreement.
    • Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the industry/target market assigned
    • Collaborate with other internal departments to meet customer needs
    • Collect & analyze customers' information to consult and provide solutions with AUTO-ID technologies
    • Responsible for preparation of sales quotation, proposals and related documents following customers' requirements
    • Follow up customers' payment to avoid overdue and bad debts
    • Co-ordinate with other departments in resolving customers' complaints and operational issues to achieve customers' satisfaction

    3. Maintenance business relationships & Expand business

    • Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the industry/target market assigned
    • Provide clients with a platform for communication and feedback
    • Report on the status of accounts and transactions via customer feedback
    • Promote the company’s products/services through addressing client requirements

    4. Report

    • Submit sales forecast every month; Report on the status of new sales activities and sales progress to Manager using Salesforce
    • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
