KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Content Management:
- Assist in entering, updating, and maintaining accurate tour product (SKU) data across various OTA platforms.
- Help optimize product listings—including descriptions, images, and metadata—to enhance online visibility and conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with OTA guidelines and maintain consistency across all digital channels.
Digital Sales & Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support campaign execution and monitor performance.
- Assist in analyzing sales data, customer behavior, and market trends from OTA platforms to identify improvement opportunities.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Utilize analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) to generate regular reports and dashboards.
- Assist in identifying and troubleshooting discrepancies or issues within product data and performance metrics.
- Contribute actionable recommendations based on data insights to enhance content and marketing efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product management, marketing, and IT teams to support product data integrity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, OTA platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
