- Responsible for managing the onboarding of new hires and the offboarding of departing employees.
- Provide support for mid-year and annual performance reviews.
- Develop and implement employer branding content to strengthen the company's reputation.
- Create and refine policies and processes to ensure compliance with ISO 20 standards.
- Stay updated on HR trends, employment laws, and best practices to improve people processes
