We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Creative Director to lead our in-house creative team. The ideal candidate will be a visionary with a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and marketing strategies. This role requires a passionate leader who can inspire and mentor a team of talented designers, while also contributing to the overall creative direction of the company.

Creative Leadership:

  1. Oversee all aspects of the creative process, from concept development & design execution to production and delivery.
  2. Lead brainstorming sessions & contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
  3. Ensure brand consistency & adherence to brand guidelines for projects.

Team Management:

  1. Lead, mentor, & inspire a high-performing team of designers, prodiving guidance & feedback.
  2. Recruit, hire & onboard new talent.
  3. Foster a collaborative & creative work environment.

Project Management:

  1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery &meeting deadlines.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  3. Develop and manage project budgets & timelines.

Strategic Planning:

  1. Contribute to the development of marketing & branding strategies for events.
  2. Conduct market research & competitor analysis to inform creative decisions.
  3. Stay abreast of industry trends & best practices.

Client Communication:

  1. Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  3. Address client feedback & make necessary adjustments.

Chasing Annual Sales Targets:

  1. Collaborate with the sales teams to develop creative solutions that drive sales growth.
  2. Analyse sales data & campaign performance to identify areas for improvement & optimize creative strategies.
  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  2. Min. 8 years of professional experience in the Creative Leadership role.
  3. Min. 2 years as Creative Lead
  4. Proven experience in leading & mentoring creative teams.
  5. Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative skills, including branding, advertising, digital design, & motion graphics.
  6. Excellent communication, presentation, & interpersonal skills.
  7. Strong project management and organizational skills.
  8. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  9. Experience with digital marketing & social media best practices.
  10. Passion for design, innovation, & creating impactful work.

Bonus Points:

  1. Experience in event & travel industry.
  2. Experience with animation, video production, or motion graphics.
  3. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
