  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth for Kixx Lubricants in Malaysia.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, product information, and business solutions to clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
  • Provide after-sales support and technical assistance to customers when needed.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with no prior sales experience. (Candidates with sales experience in the automotive or lubricants industry will have an advantage.)
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. (Candidates from other backgrounds are welcome to apply.)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, or Cantonese. Ability to speak Hokkien is an added advantage.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
