Project Management:
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure products are developed on time, on budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
- Act as a liaison between the product development team and other departments to ensure proper integration of products with other processes and systems.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
- Proactively manage changes in product launch or campaign scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Oversee product launches, manage the product roadmap, and handle product lifecycle management.
- Manage sourcing and relationships with brand partners to ensure project and collaboration objectives are met.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet the needs of customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
- Analyse customer and stakeholder feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and new product opportunities.
- Provide product training and support to internal and/or external staff.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to inform product development and innovation.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure the best quality and cost for materials and components.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing or Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, project management or related roles.
- Strong project management skills, including experience developing and managing project timelines, budgets and status reports.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product development decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to leverage advanced functions (such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data visualization) for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight datelines and multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
