Handle Inbound Leads

  • Respond to inquiries from potential merchants interested in our packages.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and ensuring a good fit for our solutions.
  • Follow up with leads via email, WhatsApp, and calls to nurture their interest and assist in decision-making.

Sales Consultation

  • Provide product demonstrations and explain the features, benefits, and pricing of our platform.
  • Guide potential customers through the sign-up and onboarding process.
  • Address common concerns, such as payment gateway integrations, store setup, and marketing features.

Sales Closing & Conversion

  • Identify key selling points and use persuasive communication to encourage sign-ups.
  • Handle objections effectively to increase conversion rates.

Attend & Support Marketing Events

  • Get the opportunity to attend networking events, workshops, and business summits to learn about the industry and connect with potential leads.
  • Assist in on-ground event execution, including engaging with attendees and explaining our solutions.
  • Gather insights and feedback from event participants to improve sales strategies.
