- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and adherence to standards.
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues and provide necessary adjustments to plans.
- Ensure the availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans in coordination with stakeholders.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, and prepare regular status reports for management and clients.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Handle project documentation, including permits, reports, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all site and project activities adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct safety briefings and enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Implement quality control measures and address non-compliance issues promptly.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks or potential delays by providing effective solutions.
- Support the resolution of design or construction discrepancies to maintain project momentum.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
- Min 1 year of experience in site supervision and project management.

- Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage resources effectively.
- Familiarity with Malaysian construction laws and safety standards.
