Administrative Support:
- Handle paperwork related to procurement, such as invoices, contracts, and delivery notes.
- Organize and file procurement documents for easy retrieval.
- Assist in preparing procurement-related reports and presentations.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Verify that all procurement activities follow ethical and legal guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and reviews.
Coordination with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with departments like finance, warehouse, and operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs.
Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve issues related to delayed shipments, damaged goods, or incorrect orders.
- Escalate complex issues to the Purchasing Manager or relevant authority.
Market Research:
- Research new suppliers, products, and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry developments and pricing trends.
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
- Minimum Education: SPM or Higher
- Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills.
- Proficiency in Procurement Software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy in Data Entry.
- Basic Understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory Management.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure and Meet Deadlines.
