  • Organize and file procurement documents for easy retrieval.
  • Assist in preparing procurement-related reports and presentations.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Verify that all procurement activities follow ethical and legal guidelines.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and reviews.

Coordination with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with departments like finance, warehouse, and operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs.

Problem Resolution:

  • Address and resolve issues related to delayed shipments, damaged goods, or incorrect orders.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Purchasing Manager or relevant authority.

Market Research:

  • Research new suppliers, products, and market trends.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and pricing trends.
  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
  • Minimum Education: SPM or Higher
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills.
  • Proficiency in Procurement Software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good Communication and Negotiation Skills.
  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy in Data Entry.
  • Basic Understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory Management.
