- Act as liaison between the director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administration.
- Manage the director's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle monthly account of the director.
- Coordinate and prepare documents, reports, Powerpoint slide as needed.
- Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Assist other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director.
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Experience in accounts will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- 5 working days per week
