- Provide support of general office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.
- Manage office supplies, company assets and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Handle all HR-related administrative tasks such as payroll, benefits administration, and managing employee records, daily attendance, overtime, leaves, medical and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
- Communicate effectively with staff members to provide guidance and support on HR, payroll, and administrative matters.
- Routine and ad hoc tasks assigned by superior/ Management.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate/Degree in Administration or Human Resources equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Responsible and reliable, able to work independently, committed and meet deadlines.
- Familiar in payroll administration and company asset control
- Knowledge in human resources management and internal control policy and procedure.
- Computer literate and familiar in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Words, Outlook.
- Ability to start work with short notice will be an advantage.
- Fluency in speaking, reading & writing Mandarin is highly desirable as you may need to communicate with Taiwan HQ.
