HR Admin (Executive / Senior Executive)
1. Recruitment & Onboarding 2. Payroll & Compensation Management 3. Employee Relations & Compliance 4. Training & Development 5. HR Administration & Documentation 6. Office Administration Support
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant HR field.
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Full-Cycle Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Knowledge of Industrial Relations, Malaysian Labour Law, and government regulations is an added advantage.
- Experience with INFOTECH HRM System is a plus.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Open to working as an HR Services Provider across various industries.
- Language proficiency required: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
